Julie Okah & Co (Legal Practitioners) is a distinguished Abuja-based law firm founded and led by Dame Julie Okah-Donli — a lawyer, chartered secretary, administrator, human rights activist, author, and philanthropist with over three decades of frontline legal and public service experience.
Our firm was born out of a deep conviction that legal practice must go beyond winning cases — it must serve justice, protect the vulnerable, and empower businesses and individuals to thrive. Dame Julie Donli (Nee Okah) OON, LLB, BL, FCIS, AcARB
Julie Eniekedo Donli OON is a distinguished Nigerian lawyer, administrator, and humanitarian with over three decades of excellence in law, governance, and public service.
A graduate of Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, she was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1992 and has built an outstanding career across the public and private sectors culminating in her role as Principal Counsel of Julie Okah & Co.
She served as Director General of NAPTIP (2017–2020), leaving an unbroken record of institutional reform. She was the chairperson of the United Nations Voluntary Trust Fund for Victims of Trafficking (UNVTF) for two terms and founded both the Roost Foundation and Julie Donli Kidney Foundation , two impactful NGOs advancing human dignity and healthcare access.
A prolific author of three books and recipient of over 180 local and international honours, Dame Julie brings unmatched expertise, integrity, and passion to every client she serves.
C.A. MISHAEL, Esq. LLM (Ife) LLB B.L
C.A Mishael is a partner at Julie Okah & Co. He graduated from the Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife, Osun State. He is an associate mediator certified by the Negotiation and conflict management group. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2009. He has dealt with a lot of litigation matters ranging from debt Recovery, Land Matters, Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution. He is well exposed to Electoral Law practice. He has conducted several cases at the High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of Nigeria. Some of these cases are reported in the Nigerian Law Reports. He is a versatile Constitutional lawyer and consultant. He has conducted several landmark cases in Nigeria. He was formerly retained as counsel for the Nigeria Police Force
Ifeoluwa Adigun - Associate
Ifeoluwa Adigun is an Associate in the Law Firm of Julie Okah & Co. (Legal Practitioner) He has extensive experience advising a broad range of clients including project sponsors, corporates, banks and other financial institutions on diverse transactions including project and structured finance, industry and other infrastructure projects, corporate restructuring and finance. He was most recently a Working Associate in the Litigation and Corporate teams at the Abuja office of Akinlolu Kehinde (SAN) & Co, in line with the philosophy of supporting secondments for lawyers.
